There are many areas in Bangalore which are encouraging and catching the eyes of leading builders and developers like Indiranagar, J P Nagar, Bannerghatta Road, Koramangla, Banshankari, Jayanagar, Malleshwaram, Marthahalli, BTM Layout, Madiwala, HSR Layout, Whitefield, K R Puram etc. These areas are well planned residential areas with good connectivity with other areas and prices are also affordable when it is compared to areas in west and central Bangalore. Apart from that, Koramangala is emerging as the most happening localities in Bangalore and demand for property and accommodation here is mostly ambitious by IT professionals. The rental values are also more in Koramangala as compared to other parts of the city.

Several issues like vehicle parking, bad road conditions and traffic jams in the main city has enforced property developers and builders to search for options in the out skirts of Bangalore. The outskirts of Bangalore has a rapid growth potential and good supply and the rental values are reasonably low.
